AOC launches 3G-enabled smartphones (M601 & E40) and 3G calling tablet (D70V50G) in India

AOC-TabletAOC, today announced its foray into Indian smartphone and Tablet market with the launch of two 3G-enabled smartphones (M601 & E40) and a 3G calling tablet (D70V50G).

The entry-level E40 smartphone comes with a 4-inch multi touch display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and dual sim slots. It has a 2-megapixel rear camera inclusive of LED flash and a 0.3 megapixel front camera, 512MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz MTK6572 Dual Core processor and a 1600 mAh battery and comes with standard features like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro USB Port and FM Radio. The E40 is priced at Rs. Rs 4,490/- and is available in 2 colour options — black and white.




The premium M601 smartphone sports a 6-inch IPS capacitive multi-touch display with a resolution of 960x540 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3GHz MTK8312 Dual Core processor and features 8GB of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It also features 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro USB Port and FM Radio. Backed up by a 2100 mAh battery, 512MB of RAM, 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 megapixel front camera, it is available in Black and Flamingo Red colour at a price tag of Rs. 7,990.

The company’s flagship tablet - D70V50G offers dual-SIM functionality and supports voice-calling. It comes with 7-inch capacitive multi-touch display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels and is powered by 1.3GHz MTK8321 Dual Core processor. The tablet has 4GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB), 1GB RAM, 3000 mAh battery and 2 megapixel rear camera along with a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera. It supports 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Built-in GPS/ A-GPS with Google Maps, Micro USB Port and FM Radio. The D70V50G is priced at Rs 7,750 and is available in Black and Metallic Grey colour options.
All the three devices run on Android 4.4 KitKat.
