Airtel launches 3G Wi-Fi datacard in Delhi-NCR

Airtel has launched its 3G Wi-Fi datacard in Delhi-NCR. The Delhi-NCR roll out of the Wi-Fi data card follows after the success of its launch in Mumbai, Andhra Pradesh, Chennai and Tamil Nadu recently and will be introduced across the country in a phased manner .

Powered by the HSPA+ technology, the data card will enable customers to enjoy download speeds of up to 21 mbps on 3G and also create a Wi-Fi hotspot anywhere, anytime by just plugging the dongle to any USB port – be it laptop, phone charger or even a car stereo.

Customers can connect up to 5 devices (mobile/tablet/ laptop) simultaneously for a seamless experience. What’s more – customers will also get irresistible offers including cash backs and additional data benefits.

presently i am in Delhi(mayur vihar 1) and has been using airtel sim in a wi-fi dongle but not getting good internet connection most of the time signal drops to 2g from 3g. also my mobile (with sim card of airtel)hardly gets all the signal indicating bars,poor signal availability and very rarely can communicate distinct speech with the counterpart from inside the house.

After several complain about poor network in my village/aaravli shirode vengurle, sindhudurga, no one pays much attention to it. Each one has its own set up, only airtel does not. Now
1. To whom shall I mail about this to solve the problem?
2. Wich master key should I press to trigger out?

File a complaint under Department of Telecommunications in pgportal.gov.in lodge a grievance area.

It is better to buy Huawei E8231 and use it rather than using the locked airtel modem which is waste.
