If there is one telecom operator which is competing hard with the latest telecom entrant, Reliance Jio, then it has to be Bharti Airtel. The Sunil Bharti Mittal led telecom operator has been making a lot of attempts to lure more and more subscribers towards it. The telco has made changes to its postpaid plans and reintroduced the Airtel Thanks benefits scheme for its customers. However, there is little to minimal change that Airtel is making to its prepaid plans, but it seems that slowly Airtel is increasing the benefits of these plans as well as it has done in the case of its popular year-long plan of Rs 1,699. Read about the revised benefits of the Rs 1,699 prepaid plan by Bharti Airtel.

Bharti Airtel Rs 1,699 Prepaid Plan Revision

To recall, the Rs 1,699 prepaid plan is a long-term offering from Bharti Airtel, and it previously used to ship 1GB daily data to the subscribers. The validity of this plan is 365 days, and hence, it is a one-time recharge which subscribers can do for an entire year. However, courtesy of this new revision, the Rs 1,699 prepaid plan has been changed to offer 1.4GB daily data to the customers. Along with this, the customers will continue to enjoy unlimited local, STD and roaming calls combined with 100 SMS per day.

The revision of the Rs 1,699 prepaid plan from Airtel is effective starting today. The Rs 1,699 prepaid plan also bundles a lot of additional benefits like Airtel TV premium subscription for access to ZEE5, HOOQ content along with 350+ Live TV channels and 10,000+ movies and TV shows. The plan also offers one year free Norton Mobile Security, new 4G device cashback and Wynk Music subscription as well.

Airtel Introduces Free Hello Tunes for Subscribers

As a means to increase its benefits, Airtel has also introduced a bunch of other freebies for its customers. On the similar lines as Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel has introduced free Hello tunes for prepaid and postpaid customers on recharge plans above Rs 129. The subscribers eligible for free hello tunes can set and change unlimited hello tunes from the Wynk Music app without any hassle. They will need to renew the free hello tunes subscription once in every 30 days, and they will be able to choose from Wynk’s vast library of music which offers 12 genres and 15 languages including English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and more.

Bharti Airtel Offering 400MB Extra Data per Day to Prepaid Subscribers

To impress its customers, even more, Bharti Airtel has also been offering extra 400MB data to a lot of its customers. The subscribers of the Rs 399, Rs 448 and Rs 499 prepaid plans will be able to redeem 400MB data per day using the Airtel Thanks mobile app. To get the benefit of this offer, the subscribers will have to recharge their number using any of the above given prepaid recharges from the Airtel Thanks app.
