Jio is going to launch triple play plan(TV, Landline and Internet in single broadband line) for the Giga fiber. This is an well know news for everyone. Especially, the broadband service operators knows this news very well.

Why are the other established operators not introducing this triple play to consumers before Jio? Is it because they are lacking infrastructure? Or some approval?
