In the smartphone age, mobile self-care apps have made things easier for users. They enable users to check balance, recharge, pay bills and manage accounts. Operators are also pushing these apps to offer better customer service to enrich the users experience.

To promote its self-care app, Vodafone has declared free browsing on the app. It means that the Vodafone customers won;t have to pay data charges when browsing the app to check balance, recharge or manage account. This move by Vodafone will surely attract more user base for the app. However, this is not the first time that a mobile operator has taken such a step, Airtel had already announced the same offer for its customers.

If you're a Vodafone user, you can try the app for managing your account without losing your internet data.
