Vodafone blackberry free service is just a fake, dont belive this. I have seen thier false promise twice… you will not get any thing….!!

It is not as good an offer as it is promised to be.
Trackball replacement – They don’t have spares / expect the trackball to get completely dead.
Battery cover replacement – It has to be completely broken into pieces or atleast should have major cracks (acceptable till certain extent)
Device upgrade offer – Guess it’s just a fake promise. Don’t even expect them to offer you such an offer. All you you end up acknowledging is there is someone from B’lore who is supposed to do all these and he is currently not available. So it’s just a waste of time.
So guys, if you experience differs than mine then please post your comments. I felt like it was a waste of time visiting there…
