Vodafone Offers Unlimited SMS to Postpaid and Prepaid in Mumbai

Vodafone Essar, one of India’s leading cellular services providers announced the Unlimited SMS offer for its prepaid and postpaid customers in Mumbai.

Vodafone prepaid customers in Mumbai can now avail 500 free local or national SMS daily with a Bonus Card of Rs. 89 with a validity of 30 days. To activate the offer, prepaid customers can SMS ACT SMS89 to 144 (toll free) from their mobile phones. First SMS of the day will be charged at Re1 and thereafter the customer can send up to 499 SMS free.

Vodafone postpaid customers in Mumbai can enjoy 15,000 SMS anywhere in India per billing cycle for Rs. 149. To activate the offer, customers can SMS ACT SMS149 to 111 (toll free) from their Vodafone mobile phones.

The SMS offer shall not be valid on special days. This product is intended for consumer use and not for commercial use hence there is a fair usage policy of 15000 SMS per month for postpaid customers and 500 SMS per day for prepaid customers. The unlimited SMS offer is not applicable for customers who are already enjoying other SMS offers. Customers need to deactivate any existing SMS offer before activating the Unlimited SMS offer.

Reliance sucks bigtime. Reliance khali ambani ke ghar mein hi theek hai…bahar sabke muthi se bahar kab ka agaya abhi pairo kay neec he dab raha hai….vodafone rocks :-)

uprot sabhi baate sahi hai. agar reliance cdma jaisa gsm network kar de to dusre opretaro ko koi puchega bhi nahi. chalo sab thik hai agar vodafone bhi 89sms pack roaming me bhi laghu kar de to bhi thik ho sakta hai.

reliance is always best in telecom industry , iske wajah se incoming free hua hai, iske wajah se same network per calling free hua hai, aur iske roaming rental aur rate kam hua hai

Reliance is offering sms pack of Rs25 better than Rs11 recharge. Where user have to pay only Rs.25 for 500 free msg per day for 30 days. Hence, you have to pay less than .84p per day for 500 msg, thats it. It is the best offer in the telecom industries.

Not worth. Heavy rental as compared to Reliance. And second SMS rates are applicable for home network not in roaming.

Vodafone SMS tariff is too coastally. Same Vodafone offering unlimited local and national SMS at 1p/sms (recharge with 11 Rs in Assam telecom circle and recharge valid for 30 days). If Vodafone can able to offer 1p/local and national sms for ASSAM circle, they can offer same thing for throughout the Nation. Same Vodafone offering 1p/sec in some of telecom circles in India (Behar, Assam, Karnataka, etc) and most of the circles the offering 1.2p/sec (V-V 1p/s) in other circles (Tamil Nadu, Andara Pradesh, Kerala, etc). So Vodafone tariff plans indicating Vodafone only targeting business and where there are week in business there they are giving good attractive offers. Even Vodafone roaming charges are also high.

Better Be Indian and By Indian so SOME INDIAN NETWORK only better. Because some of Indian operates giving service for low cost and more economic.

Yeah in this 1p sms scheme reliance is the best til now.Pay as you use.no faltu ka 500 sms/day which is useless for most of the customers.

  • ankit January 4, 2010 at 9:13 pm

All these are offers are truly worthless, reliance voucher 11 is the best.all the companies are giving 500 sms per day, which is not feasible,as no customer will be able to send a lotta msg a day.

reliance all offers r very attractive, but they need to improve network.
