Vodafone is now in The Guinness Books Of World Records. A 25 hours non-stop conversation was made from vodafone network without any type of interruption therefore now vodafone has set world record in mobile network.

Earlier they were providing Rs.6 on Rs. 10 recharge. But at that time they were also giving some free smses. But now, after trai’s rule that top ups shall give only talk time they are forced to withdraw such free smses. And that’s the reason for this increased talk time.

Not just Vodafone, every other network provides the same talk time from April 1st.

It is really intriguing the way operators are playing gimmick ! During the third week of March Airtel quietly announced enhanced talktime for 30,58,88,120 etc. And now after the increase in service tax from 1.4.12 it is back to square one ! However, MTNL is still more clever – they have quietly reduced the extra talktimes in Mumbai circle, especially the the most favoured recharge of Rs.125/- with extra tt of 15(140). Now it is just Rs.130. Similarly they have reduced tt on 300, 500, 750 and 2200 too without notice ! We have no options – just GRIN and BEAR IT ! Overtly or covertly the burdens are passed on to the subscribers by those in the business ! Don’t get surprised if subscribers get rally-around the “jail bird” RAJA with GREAT EXPECTATIONS !

Dear Vodafone users, before recharing your account of any denomination (through E-recharge), make sure that it suits your requirement. For instance, vodafone was offering full talk time on recharge of Rs.60/- but they didn’t mention that it was valid for 8 days only(upon dialing *121# and after selecting my offer menu, I used to get message about full TT on Rs.60/- but no mention of validity period). In my personal opinion, this is a loot right under the nose of TRAI. Could TRAI take appropriate action against vodafone for failing to disclose the fact to the subscriber. TRAI needs to make it clear that any telco doing business in India must follow Indian rules & regulations. And those who don’t wish to follow, must be asked to leave the business.

It’s the regular talktime prescribed to every operator by TRAI ! Wat seems to be extra talktime ! Give talk time without processing fee , Tat’s a good deal !
I think vodafone making us fools in this APRIL FOOL MONTH !
Ha ha we are not kids to beleive everything wat u say ! Every customer is very well aware about TRAI recent modifications except few !

BSNL is also providing same talktime and for some topups it’s even better. BSNL Karnataka website has detailed documents about this.

Note that they are updated w.r.t. new TRAI guidelines – karnataka.bsnl.co.in/upload_circular_doc/2011/topup2-4-12.pdf

Uninor offers much better talktime than Vodafone, infact it offers extra talktime over the topup value of the vouchers..

    Topup denomination – Talktime
    50 53
    60 65
    80 90
    100 110
    150 170
    170 200
    300 350
    340 410
    470 580

And all this is core talktime not limitted duration promotional talktime, and it can be used for both onnet and offnet calling and messaging and also for ussd based recharging. I believe what Vodafone is offering is nothing in comparison to this.

    To all users :

This is cheating. Before Rs.10 will give Rs.7.07 talk value. Rs.6.9 talkvalue once existed 3 years back.

So users, do not believe this as a big news.
