Vodafone’s New GPRS Packs For Kerala

Vodafone New GPRS Packs For KeralaIn a bid to provide more affordable data offerings Vodafone, country’s 3rd largest operator revised its 2G data pack portfolio in Kerala circle. Now Vodafone is offering 2G data plans for 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and 30 days validity.

But Vodafone cut down the usage from 2GB to 1GB in 30 day validity pack.

This move follows the Airtel’s step.

Details of the Vodafone 2G data plans in Kerala

Rs 5 Unlimited usage for 1 day New plan
Rs 14 500 MB for 3 days Earlier it was 200 MB
Rs 32 500 MB for 7 days
Rs 95 1 GB for 30 days Earlier it was 2 GB

varun : Saurabh : Vodafone has also reduced usage from 2 to 1GB in Haryana in Rs.98 and 2GB plan now costs Rs.120. It’s cheaper than Airtel’s Rs.147 but still Idea providing unlimited @98(speed reduces after 2GB) and Docomo 4GB @ 95. Airtel has actually messed up with their 2G plans here. Rs.60 gives 1GB for 15 days i.e 2GB @ Rs.120 if someone recharge twice every month. Similarly Rs.22 plan offers 350MB for 7 days(It actually works for 8 days) i.e 1.4GB at Rs.88(22X4) then why would people go for 1GB at Rs.98 when they will get 1.4GB at… Read more »
