Now it is high time They decrease the rates of BB e-mails/chatting now it is Rs 399/month it has to be decreased now. As in some places pvt operators are offering at rs 299/month. the plans should be country specific and not state specific. the Operators offers very good plans where they have less customers. where they have more customers they do not usher good offers like in our State – Airtel does the same thing no offers just network. TRAI/DOT have to interfere and ask all operators to offer Pan-India offers and not State Specific offers.

There should be similar price reduction on the unlimited internet on BB devices, that would make more sense, as the people who use smartphones especially the teens and tweens spend more time on social networks like Facebook and twitter than messaging to only the friends who own similar device.
