I purchased this Virgin Mobile broadband USB stick recently. First there was a big problem of delivery of USB device, then i was given a device which was a standby piece. i was told that it would be replaced by the actual one the next day. i am still waiting for it. In the meantime the standby one worked for only 1 hour then got disconnected. I have tried everything as adviced by the guys at Virgin, Gurgaon – who are quite helpfull – but the deice does not get connected. It has now been 10 days and nothing has been done to restart service.
Please be informed that i had paid amount required in cash on 31 dec 2009 and today it is 9 the jan 2010….!!! Very poor bad and horrendous service…Also i dont think there are enough USB pieces ordered in stock.
So in-case you go for this brand please make sure everything works well (test on more than one computer) then make payment. Best would be to wait till August/September 2010 till all systems and hardware are in place before buying any service from any operator.

    Dear Anil,
It is just an small problem of Virgin data card.If u want to solve the prob, then
do the things which i say’s….
Firstly-Remove the anti-virus software from the P.C or laptop.
    Secondly-Clear all the cookies,temp files,prefetch & recent files.
And after this just install the software & restart the P.C………

It will works…& if this will also not get started then see weather ur documents are cleared or not.

Finally just make a washup format ur P.C,its my challenge that works.
