This is one of the pathetic service i have ever got.I got the data card after 5 days it got deactivated for no reason. They activated it after 3 days but the speed which i got was 60kbps, which is very less for a 3.1 mbps connection. The technical guy from the company came to my house took the speed recordings and siad there is a problem with the tower in my area and also said my money will bw refunded. But now its almost 2 months none of the sales peoples or office guys respond my call…These guys dont refund money for their tower issues….its really sad….Any Virgin moblie employee reading this msg, give an explanation for this….If you can’t its a shame on your part….

DO NOT BUY Virgin Mobile’s vFLASH DATACARD even if they offer it to you for free.

If you want this datacard (Modem device) I will give it to you for free.

I was victim of their trap. And this modem is laying useless since then. I would like to give it to anyone for free if they want. But I can’t tolrate their bad service.
