Uninor the GSM mobile service of Unitech Wireless, a joint venture between India’s real estate major Unitech and the world’s 6th largest mobile services provider Telenor Group, is all set to roll out its Mobile Service in 8 telecom circle in few days.
The eight circles are Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Kerala, Orissa, Tamilnadu (including Chennai) UP East and UP West.
The Uninor mobile network is live in test mode in some parts of 8 telecom circles and it is expected that the company will launch the most awaited GSM mobile service in few days.
We also spoke with the official spokeperson regarding the launch date but no official date was reveled “we were told Uninor will launch within this year and everybody is on track to do that”.
During its initial launch Uninor will offer unique Campus and Combo tariff plans. It will offer a New Prepaid connection at Rs.49 with life time validity and talk time of Rs.5 as main balance with Free 250 minutes free every Uninor Prepaid Card as special launch offer.
The call charges is not available with us as of now but we believe that Uninor will be offering One Paisa One Second tariff for all Local and STD calls to anywhere in India The Uninor customer can opt the some flexible plans, great offers.

UNINOR plans are utter rubbish..
For SMS local @30 paise and national @50 paise, They will charge Rent of Rs 1 per day.( Reliance 500 sms free every day for 1 Rs daily)
For per second tarrif Daily rent of 50 paise( Tata DOCOMO there is no rent nor in Reliance for one year)
And for Long calls Rs 2 for 3 mins( Reliance Rs 1 for 3 mins)
And there is lot of crap like save in morning,afternoon,evening,night all with a deduction of 50 paise each ( Reliance 50 paise any time anywhere for lifetime with no deduction)
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE HELL IS UNINOR LAUNCHING IN INDIA..

yes, Site is underconstruction.But we can see value packs. And no more hope from new buddies. 1st they have new network dt is not trustworthy. And second plans are similar like existing players with daily rentals.(that means costlier than other operators like reliance) Then why we will go for it.

In the present competitive markets it is difficult for a new tele player to get sizable seat in consumer market. Hence, you should be more innovative as well as competitive to enter into the markets. I would like to suggest the following as some of the innovative ideas:
1. Make each customer your business partner. For example: provide some concession over the talk time for introducing at least two other customers.
2. Provide extra talk time to the customers those who are charging over and above Rs.500/- and above.
3. Allow every customer to transfer his balance to any one in the same network with proper security.
4. Provide some free talk time to customers that who recharge more than Rs.1000/- at a time and any time.
5. Don’t think that the customers will leave other service providers and come to you. Think of parallel existence. Make the customers more lenient to use your network when they are in possession of other one also.
6. Don’t forget that competitive offers always do attract customers.
7. Introduce concessional group calling with customers choice.
8. Don’t forget to provide web based recharge facility with approach to all type of vouchers.
9. Provide free sims to the customers. Provide easy activation process though net banking and web based form filling with uploading of digital photos for those having proper PAN number. This will lessen your office work also. Allow them to submit necessary documents at nearest customer outlets within a grace period of 15 days from the date of activation. It is obvious that now a days net banking has become very secure and it is traceable those who has got the particular mobile no.

The tariff plan should be different from other teleservice companies. Now every teleservice companies in Odisha give the second pulse plan. Your company should give some more benefit to the customers.Unlimited call facility should be there. Initially processing fees should borne by the copmapies in every recharge vouchers. First 2/3 minutes should chargeless to any network within mother network. Most of the mobile customers are quite dissatisfied with those teleservices, who are disturbing the customers and minus amount from the customer’s main account as example Vodafone. So you should careful before minus the amount from customer’s account for any value added service. Misscall alert service, Dialer Tune service should be completely free. Download charges for a song may be chargeble, but no rental for the dialer tune should charged. reversal of amount for value added service or wrong recharge should refund as per complain of customer or retailer. Minimum activation target should fixed for evry retail counter. Within 100 meters distance more than one retail counter shouldn’t open. It will affect both in Revenue and Activation target.
