Uninor today launched new SMS Pack for Rs. 55 for its subscribers in Andhra Pradesh that enables youth and SMS savvy customers to connect with friends and family at affordable rates.
Uninor Special Voucher-55 offers 6000 Local and National SMS to any network across India to prepaid subscribers in AP. The SMS Pack will be valid for a period of 30 days. The effective cost of SMS for Uninor customers will be less than 1 paisa/per SMS.
Presently, Uninor in AP has 22,71,666 GSM subscribers and established its geographical base in 23 districts, 500 towns and over 2000 villages.
Uninor also boasts of 8 Company owned outlets, 37 Franchisee owned outlets, 22 Franchisee Express outlets with presence in over 360 Modern Trade outlets – all operating successfully across Andhra Pradesh.

Useless plan. They should have priced it for 26rs. 55rs is very costly. Here in karnataka they offer 6000 all india sms completely free. No first sms charged nor tier is monthly rent. But poor coverage!
