Why not for Rest of India subscribers, Do only Mumbai subscribers go traveling ??

Uninor needs to give non partial services and offers to its subscribers

Though discriminatory in nature, Unior is scoring in anticipation of subscribers’ preference. Anyway FREE roaming is around the corner, if Mr. Sibal last promise is to be believed in letter and spirit ! If really Unior wants to claim/snatch the title of “Innovator”, it should not take the cue from others and announce circle-centered plans/tariffs !
