I have used TIKONA internet connection it’s really bad. The customer care is also very bad. It gives a lot of problems after taking the connection. Please donot ever buy tikona connection or you will suffer a lot.

Tikona! I am not buying a connection even if you give a connection for free! The service is so poor that I take pity on persons taking a connection! 80 GB FUP is very high? Seriously? 80 GB is nothing. It’s worthless. I am getting 4MBps TRUELY Unlimited NO FUP whatsoever at 1400 per month (incl tax). In fact I’ve down 400GB this month alone and upload speed is 4MBps too! I am in love with this new operator.

It is not 4 MB/s. It is 4 Mbps. Please do not confuse.
I think tikona is a fraud company. Get BSNL fibre broadband.

Reliance Thunder Plan rocks and outshine everyone . I am using it for last couple of months , its just too good . Disconnected BSNL ULD 900 BB plan . Afterall Speed matters !

Good …and don’t worry about the file case, they cannot do anything to a customer, as they are not providing proper services to u, than u file a case to DOT and TRAI….

But what about the service? They have the most pathetic service, in all sorts!! I would suggest NOT to even think about tikona.. Really poor service.
NEVER TRUST ON THE DEMO. They use different accounts and timings to show you demos. Once their services gets disrupted, it won’t work back for days. Literally, for days! But at billing time, you’ll get everything on time..

i took the TIKONA internet connection.
or first 2 weeks it went all right. But after that, the problems started, the speed dropped, i asked the costumer care, they said you have used the allotted data, which was not mentioned to me during the connection. After then there were problems regularly, in 24 hours the connection could only be made for 3-4 times, and all the other times, it was not working. I filed the disconnection complaint. They said it would be completed within 45 days, after 30 days i called to enquire about it, they said it was cancelled, and no longer in process. I again filed it, then again after 40 days the reply came, it was cancelled, with no solid reason.
It was sad on their part, i barely used the connection for 1 month, and i had already paid for 3 months, Rs1500 + Rs 500 Installation charge. And now when my 3 months got completed, after 20 days the call came to pay the for the next 3 months, I told them i wont pay as i haven’t used it, and already made the complaint so many times, they said they will file case against me, i didn’t paid attention. And now the call came and the are asking me to either go with lawyer to the magistrate or settle it with them ,paying the sum.
I’ve seen that many complaints are are already present against them.on many websites reviews

Same case with everyone, everywhere who use tikona. You don’t need to pay any attention or worry about this lawyer thing etc etc. This is all bullsh*t..
And just in case they file anything against you, all you need to do is, show them the printouts of your timely disconnection emails. Thats it. They’re gone! Instead they’ll have to pay you for the inconvenience. And they actually know this, so all they do is just threaten with these stupid calls etc., just in case the consumer gets frightened and pay them money. They actually cannot do anything else.

Similar experience, they charged me installation charges twice and wont get any response from cutomer service about removing the excess charge, but used to get calls from their collection agency everyday. Also, you are not allowed to change your plan more than once in a month (i got exited and switched to a higher plan as soon as i got the connection), so I couldn’t go to the lower plan and keep it as a back up either.

they tell this thing only to keep the customer attracted to the plans..but after subscribing to that plan i know how much difficulties i had to face..after 50 gb i used to get speed of 100-256 kbps..in ADULM999 plan..they are the biggest a******s…and in the medium usage i subscribed to ADBBM849 plan.. which i am supposed to get speed of 1 MBPS in the secondary speed.i was getting speed of maximum 300kbps..whereas they promised i will get speed of 1MBPS..for nearly 20 days i kept on calling customer care..technical team and mailed to higher authority as well..everytime i get different responses from each and every people… they couldn’t solve the problem… the reason for slow speed issue..i had to change my plan
