Its almost an year since IDEA CELLULAR took over Spice Telecom but still the MDN(mobile dynamic number) of Punjab circle are not updated in there website if any Punjab customer tries for an e-recharge from the website its displayed “Please contact customer care this is not a valid Idea number".
As in present day almost all web user wants to be hassle free and do the things “e-way” one might be quite interested in getting an e-recharge than going to a market shop for Top-up everyday.
Also if one tries to register in the website for “My Account” then also the customer is helpless.
In addition to it the call to Ideas toll free number is not getting thru from Punjab circle. If we talk about the above, initially one can understand that these things takes time in getting to the system processes but 1 year is quite enough time to make any process streamline. Hope that IDEA CELLULAR will find an idea for modernize the above soon.
