pay per call good one. however, now the call charges on local n std goes on reducing day by day.
local 1 rs/10 min is realy cheap but std 3 rs/10 min call when u r charged 50ps/min by reliance/docomo n others gvs 6 min of std in 3 rs. so its average out of cost by tata.
std rate needs to b less than 2 to b a good pay per call. local rates is very attractive.
