    Actually according to TRAI and other cost effect studies, the cost of SMS comes less than 1 paise!! still the service providers are not understanding ! Reliance immediately on publishing the above fact started a pack with Rs.11/- per month for 1 paise (of course Rs 11 was a rider). The move of tata is welcome when compared to reliance or for that matter ALL OTHERS ! I am surprised why the service providers are not reading the “writings on the wall” ? A vast majority of the subscribers are eagerly waiting for MNP ! And the service providers are leaving no stones unturned to thwart this for they know that the exodus would be surprising !

    it takes a lot to be a story writer for a business group of this magnitude…
    first learn wat this group is all about and then comment..

    @emad…
    btw the story was quite funny but can u pls let us know what are the problems you are facing???how can you come to a conclusion that the company is not customer centric.Docomo came up with pay per sec plan which was first in the country and completely customer centric. if you are taking about tata indicom then i would say that it was the first telecom company to come up with life time validity..virgin came up with a plan when u get Talk time when u recieve calls on your number…
    all these companies come up with super saver packs in respective circles…can u be specific while commenting on operators…

    But this offer is not applicable for TTML circle… TTSL always have more and nice offers than TTML.. TTML here just introduce nice offers in Docomo and not in Indicom..

    100 FREE SMS for Rs15 and 300 FREE SMS for Rs30???? Even Airtel/Vodafone’s offers are better…

    But only advantage of TataIndicom SMS pack is Roaming SMS is also FREE in these packs, where they are calculated as National SMS…

    jab se tata aur virgin ki shadi hui hai tab se to jaise tata indcom ko apna kuchh hosh nahi apni biwi sath aisa laga ke customers ko bhool gaya virgin jab tak virgin thi to theek tha lekin shadi ke kuch din bad hi ek bachcha docomo paida ho gaya aur abhi kuch din pahle hi ek bachhi virgin gsm paida huee hai aur abhi ek bachcha pet mein hai jiska nam in log ne pahle se decide kiya hai wo jab paida ho to uska naam T24 mobile rakha jayega
    isliye dont expect any attention from cha cha indicom becoz wo to apne biwi bachcho ki dekhbhal mein buzy hain customers par is liye attention nahi ho pati hai
