Tata Docomo's Latest Do Search Call Me Tunes Online Tata Docomo on keeping its promise of DO-ing the new has yet again come up with a new feature. This time its available in their official website www.tatadocomo.com. Caller Ringback Tunes (CRBT) service has always been a favorite and a good source of additional earning from the customers for the service providers.

It can be easily ascertained that a music crazy nation like India has a large number of subscribers who already enjoy CRBT services on their phone. Its like a subscriber can set a song of his choice for his callers, when a caller dials a number he/she gets to hear the default song which is set by the subscriber instead of the awkward and boring tring tring.

So to make the process of selecting the song more easier Tata Docomo has now launched ‘Search your favorite song’ service online where one has to input the name of the song he/she wants to set on his/her phone for his/her caller to hear until the call is being picked up.

Once done a user can keep a tab of every details of his/her caller tune service.The micro website contains all features which will enable one to keep a control of his/her account a user can add, delete, subscribe, unsubscribe, gift a song, search by category, preview the song etc.

as tatadoco will get Rs 35/month for caller tune selection still why do they want to make money from a call to 54321 ??? Rs 3/min chatge ???

We need online call me tune selection option from Tata Docomo, like Airtel’s online Hello tune selection Function. Because it is easy to use and manage there own song selection for the costumers.

I called the contact center but the service offered was pathetic,5times my call
got disocnnected,6th time when it got connected they abused(Thev re kutriya) and disconnected the
call,U should terminate all the agents and create a history.Teach them english.PlZZZZZZZZZZZz

this is shailesh ujagare. i am the tatadocomo service user from last 2 years. and i had activated call me tunes on my # . and i like to use tatadocomo service as per long to company provide service . and i just want call me tune songs of ( oh carol-andrew sixty ) so whenever i call to customer care regarding call me tune but this perticular song is not there. so i request to you pleaed add this song in CRBT CC PAGE . please do the needfull…….i hope this song will be added within few days. and when you add this song in CRBT CC PAGE then please le me know….

I checked out the link given. It’s excellent. Docomo guys are different probably made in Mars. Excellent thought process & have kept customer need in mind. U guys are rocking !! I wish i could just meet u guys and shake hand with brains behind this excellent work U should publish product guys pics like google do……… Is Docomo listening ??

Hey Guys !! I just check it out. It is completely different from what Airtel , Aircel or Indicom Offers !! You can preview, gift,copy, select the special no. on which you want to play song, Select day & time…….. It’s cool service. I just love it. Docomo Rocks !! & yes they have done it again…… Do the new which none other operator has done….. Others please learn something from Docomo…..

This service is available in reliance smart kolkata for a very long time. Docomo is cheating costomers and making them fool. Nice policy. Docomo is doing the old.
