In View of the competition from the other operator and in view to continue its best offers in industry Tata Docomo today revised its 3G packs for the large screen.
One new FRC’s have been launched with more data & Speed, making it look more easier for the customer to choose it.
It also revised the existing plan, and making with the low entry plan as low as Rs 352/-. Customer can choose Different plans that has been designed based on the speed & Data.

I have been sending PORT SMSes to 1900 to port out of TATA DOCOMO for the last three days. Every time they are deducting 60 paise unlike other operators but not sending port code. My calls to customer care did not yield any results. I ported numbers from Uninor and Tata Indicom which was a smooth affair with incumbent operator promptly sending the porting code. But Docomo has been feigning deaf and dump but against TRAI regulations deducting money even for porting SMS.

There was no network coverage in my office[INTERNATIONAL TECH PARK-ASCENDAS,TARAMANI,CHENNAI] for tata docomo,even though the network comes no use the call drops continues , That why i think so you having free miss
call alerts, as i get more miss call alerts that call in Tata Docomo. Quality of the network matters.
I’m complaining about this thing for an year, So trying for MNP and i also spread this message to my friends and colleagues not to take TATA DOCOMO,if so then apply for MNP…BYE BYE
AIRTEL,VODAFONE,BSNL,AIRCEL,IDEA HAVING FULL Network in all bits and corner ofthese huge buildings

right now i use a wired connection having 10 mbps speed and monthly 8gb data free for rs. 450. compared to this i find 3g really very expensive and slow as well at 3.6 mbps.

nothing spl….still expensive. today ppl use broadband connections and so min 3 to 5 gb of data is essential.if they launch economical plans in this range there will be a lot of takers.

These plans are used to suck those few customers in 3G. In this high cost very small people go for 3G. If they reduce more will come.

All are expensive plans
3G is still not affordable.
All operators expect MTNL/BSNL are not providing true Unlimited Plans.
With the kind of speed 3G gives currently you cant be limited to usage,
with the kind of Usage limit of few MB’s a person is highly restricted to use this wireless feature.
It actually doen’t makes sense to have high speed with few MB’s affordable to use.

I have used Micromax 352G USB universal modem (Rs.1950/- only). I have tested the same with a Docomo and Vodaphone SIm and works fine, even with their GPRS Plans. You need to create a profile of the Operator and give their APN settings: Select the Added operator and connect. Some APN settings are given below for needful.
