Tata Docomo, the joint venture between Tata Teleservices (TTSL) and Japan’s leading mobile operator NTT Docomo, has launched its GSM service in Haryana. However as of Sunday there is still no official word yet from the company, though they have already listed the plan details and customer care numbers on their official site.
The plan details and tariff structures are the same as in other circles: customers will also have free Missed Call Alerts and free Voicemail service (to activate Voicemail service, SMS ‘ACT VM’ to 121 ).

Customer can avail the “Pay per use” plan, i.e., 1 paisa per sec plan by making a recharge on the standard starter pack. One paisa per second for STD is applicable for the first 15 min of STD usage for the day and thereafter the subscriber will be charged @ 2p/sec for the day.

Hi, i m meraj alam.user of tata network,last 20 days se mera balance deduct horaha hai,puchne par bolta hai ke desi girl activate hai,bar bar disactivate karta hu phr v balance deduct hota hai,aur iske customercare ke maderchod worker thik se bat nai karte hai aur call ko disconect kardete hai,mai pareshan hochuka hu,aur advice dena chahta hu ke is compny ka sim phek do.

1-2-2013 se 19-2-2013 tak mera balance 4 bar deduct hua h. Coustomer care me baat karte h to jawab milta h 24 hrs me aapke paise wapis mil jayenge lakin koi responce nahi milta. Ab to ye haal h ki mera phone hi nahi milta care center me kyonki inhone mera no. black list me daal dia hoga.
Itni ghatia company maine aaj tak nahi dekhi jo apne coustomer ko itna presan karti h.
M to ab tang aa kar ke consumer court ka sahara le raha hu, meri aur dosto se bhi yahi salah h ki wo apni presani inke coustomer care me na try karke akhbar aur media ke through inki insult kare ki kitni bhukhi nangi company h jo apne coustomer ki jeb kaat rahi h. Are company na khol kar ke apne agent hath me katora de kar khade kar dete to jyada achcha hota kynoki ham Indian ki to aadat h bhikhario ko apne hisse ki roti dene ki.

It looks like a cheating company which activates the call me ring tones automatically and deduct the amount without even a prior approval from the customer. The customer care agents are ill mannered and lack the kind of touch they should have with the customers. They even dont have any sense and are always asking to call agetr 6 hours to get the information of anyones account. I think the Customer care agents are motivating people for changing the service provider.

1) I got recharged net from Rs. 69 on 19.9.12 which was valid for 30 days but SMS are showing the validy till 9.9.12. Pl. rectify it. 2) In Sector 9 Bahadurgarh no signal 3) If it is setting problem then send the settings for Micromax Q5 Model 4) Never deduct for unwanted service.

Hi,
some amount has been deducted from my account(Rs 30 for a month for Mytalkies application) However I have not subscribed for that and i am trying your customer care number but there is no option to talk to any customer care executive.
I faced one problem few weeks back while getting a special recharge offer of rs 58 that time also my money was deducted but recharge was not successfull to my number. But again no option to talk to any customer care executive.
What the pathetic service you are providing. Atleast have some option where customer can talk to your executive and put his/her points and complaints.

There is no body talking from customer care at No. 121, earlier after dialling 121 and pressing 9, the officials of customer care used to listen the problems,but now, no body is there. Kindly supply the number of customer care so that customers can solve their problems after talking with the officials of customer care. This will be beneficial for the customers as well as for the company also.

Tata Docomo has started 8 series in maharashtra, pune.. after a long wait people rushed to the dealers.. there was so much rush at one of the dealers near my house that people were on roads in Que and caused traffic problems.. The funny part what i witnessed was a guy who broke his reliance sim and threw it on the road, he was so excited to get a Docomo sim
..
i wonder whats up with all guys.. there is nothing so exciting with docomo unless u only make calls less than a min or two..

Just see the pole result. Most of the users are not interested in the crap 1 Sec billing. It’s a like Reliance’s indroductory offer years ago. What happend after the offer periode ? This is also an introductory offer. Do not become tooooo excited by this offer.
