Cheers Mobile the GSM mobile telephony services brand of Etisalat DB today finally rolled out GSM Mobile services in Mumbai telecom circle. Recenly Etisalat DB paid Rs. 9.9 crore as a penalties to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for failing to launch commercial mobile/telecom services on time.The operator has UAS License to offer mobile telephony services in 15 circles.
