BSNL Revised ‘Pay Per Second Plan’ for Prepaid Subscribers

After huge public outcry, Pan India 3G mobile service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) finally revised its "Pay Per Second" plan with uniform 1p/sec for all outgoing calls to any network across India from BSNL Mobile.
