BSNL Upgrades Landline and Broadband Billing System

India’s largest telecommunication service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is going to migrate its existing billing system to state-of-art Call Detail Record (CDR) billing system for all of landline and broadband customers.
