BlackBerry 10.3.1 update slowed due to flickering screen issue on Passport

The BlackBerry 10.3.1 update was under the process of being circulated today, but an issue with the BlackBerry Passport had caused temporary delay in the process. Apparently, many Passport users have reported an issue of flickering screens. BlackBerry starts rolling out the 10.3.1 update for BB 10 smartphones

A major software update for BB 10 smartphones is being rolled out by the BlackBerry. The 10.3.1 update is available for the phones Z10, Q5, Q10, Z30, Z3, Porsche Design P’9983, and the Passport. BlackBerry 10 OS 10.3.1 provides users with the ability to use BlackBerry World app store and the Amazon Appstore.
