Government of India has ordered country's largest cellular player Bharti Airtel to stop providing 3G services in Kolkata, Maharastra, Uttar Pradesh East, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Haryana and slapped with Rs 350 crore penalty.
