Bharti Airtel, Axiata to merge operations in Bangladesh

Bharti Airtel said that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Axiata Group Berhad to merge their respective subsidiaries in Bangladesh that are Robi Axiata Limited (Robi) and Airtel Bangladesh Limited.
