another VAS for Tata docomo would be that after every call each user gets a Savings Update…so that he is well aware of how much money he has saved each time he’s made a call…thus there is increased transperancy offered by tata docomo…check out how this works here (http://www.tatadocomo.com/how-much-can-you-save.aspx)…this one is really interesting!

@Biswas No matter that private operator or govt operators, if you want to compare any service than all the telecom operator are same. In real there is no scope for voice mail service in GSM mobile segment, because 95% people won’t leave any message on VM they disconnect the call most of the time, The Miss call Alert service is the best one in compare to VM. One draw back of VM is also there bcoz of call divert, that is when any network congestion or coverage problem in IB, the call auto divert to the VM, hence the Mobile showing its in coverage but the system divert that to VM ,so people forcefully make the Outgoing call when they notify that VM and operator earn money from that.
MTNL is not pan India but it is in India’s Most lucrative telecom circle and serves to the National capital Delhi and business capital Mumbai. I other place BSNL giving the same so if you really compare any service than compare it with all operators.
