Samsung, the global leader in smartphone arena has launched new dual SIM Android smartphone in India, dubbed as Galaxy Grand. The new Galaxy Grand comes with a 5 inch display as per the recent trend of launching phablets. With the launch of this device, Samsung now has six dual SIM smartphones priced between Rs 6,990-39,900.

Galaxy Grand runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and under the hood it’s a 1.2GHz dual core processor. It has 8 mega pixel rear camera with flash and 2 megapixel camera on front for video calling. There is 8 GB internal storage, and microSD support upto 64GB. It has 2100mAh battery to give a boost.

No Dual SIM mobile phone supports two parallel signal; all available so far are dual standby, only 1 is operational while phone is being used for voice.

I’ve seen in some handsets advertisement, that has the capability to support parallel signals.. not sure on which models, bt guess s on samsung latest dual sim phones !

Yes, all calls on SIM2 are redirected to SIM1 when you are talking to SIM1, so call waiting comes.
