Reliance Mobile the GSM and CDMA mobile service of Reliance Communications today announced the launch of two new aggressive Prepaid tariff dubbed as “Talk STD” and “Talk Local” for its GSM (2G/3G) and CDMA Mobile service users across India.
Now, With the new Special Tariff Plans, Reliance Mobile customers can call anywhere across India, across any network for as low as 33 paisa min effectively with STDat Re1/ 3 min and chat Local with 100 local minutes free talk time at Rs 28 only.
Talk Std offer can be activated by purchasing the Special Tariff Voucher at Rs.23 from Reliance relationship centres or other retail stores and Reliance World outlets across India. The validity of this pack is 30 days. The need to stay connected is compelling users to pay higher rates for STD, there is a need for value proposition for long distance and Reliance Mobile fulfills the demand with its new value product.
The offer is simple: a subscriber gets STD pulse of 3 minutes and also it won’t require any change in their current local call tariff, which would remain as per base rate of subscriber (could be per minute/per second).The new Talk STD offer is available for all Reliance Subscribers (CDMA,GSM & 3G) across all plans.

Do not use reliance they are offering stupid plans and stupid tarrifs go with BSNL 3G Data Card u will get unlimited for 6 months only 4200.
But reliance offers unlimited ** but limited dont go with reliace

last week their signal is down for 1 hour in south kolkata at office time, it happend before also
sometimes u cant make calls from Airtel also without any reason
Vodafone is best in reliable matters in kolkata
it never disturbs like airtel in busy time
BUT BSNL CAN DISTURB AT ANY TIME (MOST UNRELIABLE)

I can’t say about other circle but be sure about Kolkata circle:-
In CDMA segment MTS is the best @0.30p local call charge to any number zindegi vor.
In GSM segment !DEA is the best @0.30p local call charge to any number(offering me for 1 year)
In connectivity segment regarding Signal strength:-
CDMA=MTS/TATA INDICOM
GSM=VODAFONE/!DEA/AIRTEL
In terms of RELIABILITY:-
CDMA=MTS. GSM= AIRTEL/!DEA.
IT IS PURELY MY OPINION.

In mumbai Videocon had been using Loopmobile network when it started services and its network was great but now it seems to have set up its own infra and the network has dissappeared. I used to get 5 bars in my house now nothing -even if i step out i barely get one bar.

Still Few of my friends using Idea services in karnataka say tat they face call drop problem & faulty balance deductions. I dont understand whic operator is good to port in. BSNL here is not upto the mark in quality

Now a days Airtel is also following the Reliance. Airtel is best for cheating, costly GPRS, unwanted telemarketing calls and sms, poor network, indoor network never sure, chargeable customer care (50p/3min), call to other operator 1.2p/sec, blackout days on festival, many more quality are inbuilt with this operator so better to port with govt operator for best value for money.
They activated VAS on my number and deducted Rs.40 while it was switched off and I’ve activated DND. When I contacted on 198 they said it was activated by me and cut the line. When I tried again to contact they blocked 198 for me.
When I posted a complaint regarding this on facebook not only they removed it but blocked me there also.

Most of people facing problem of automatic VAS activation and balance deduction. I am using Reliance GSM from last one year and I never faced this problem. You know why? I never recharged above Rs.30/- mainly I use this Reliance ONLY for SMS and always my balance is around Rs.25/- Till date max I recharge is for Rs.30/- coupon.
So it indicate if we keep our balance low they can’t play with our balance.

vodafone is best in kolkata and west bengal…..their network is best in bengal……and they are providing good promo also.with RC59 they provides V2V at 25p/min and other local 45p/min and all std 50p/min for 60 days……with RC29 unklimited ( 500/day) local and national sms for 11days (Rechrg day + 10 days)….with it I use an !DEA sim, it provides all local and std calls at 40p/min for 365 days with RC* only….kya baat hai…….jakhhaaaasssss………

reliance is the most looto company in india. it has been ever since Anil Ambani took over the company.
first they promised lower rates for life time and as soon as people began to grow on their network they took all tariffs back.
sms rates hiked, internet plans hiked, Rs 1/3 mins plans also changes to 1.2/3 mins. packs get activated automatically. i have given 4 requyest to stop my sms pack but still it continues on.
finally i decided to keep no balance in the phone so that no more money can be deducted. Hope MNP will open their eyes and we will get better service and above all no cheating by automatic pack activations.

But no one can Match VIDEOCON Telecommunications offer of Local&STD calls @0.25paise/Min(not 3 Minutes Pulse as offered by others)with STV Rs25/Month. They have taken care of both LOCAL&STD TARIFFS with this STV OFFER.
The only issue is their Network in Rural Areas, but their Network is Very Very Good in the Urban City Areas, you get 5 bar full coverage even in indoors.
