Nowdaya Reiance is making us fool, my roaming free plan was of Rs.180/ has been just expired in one month only. I hv spoken to customere care, they have only gave me false information that my problem has been solved or it will take another 48 hours and so….and this is not the first time, it has been happend a lot many times with me. At the end I can say that Reliance is making us fool if they can t give us the right information and satisfactory servies, they have right to spoil our money.

  • Prav August 13, 2013 3:03 pm

If I recharge with this 6 months roam free plan, will it overrides my rate cutter plan (1.2ps/ 2 secs)in home circle? Can I recharge with rate cutters again????

  • abhilasha bakshi August 6, 2013 3:59 pm

one month or 3 months lans also given to us.there is no one month plan. 6 month plan is good but when i need only one month then customer care said there is no such plan.

IMPROVE YOUR NETWORK AT PANCHAHATIA, JAUNPUR , UTTAR PRADESH.

  • MAHESH August 5, 2013 8:29 pm

DO MORE CHEAPER CALL ON ROAMING AS RS. 0.30 PER MINUTE.

  • Maritta July 15, 2013 2:01 pm

    No plans for postpaid users

  • Ashish July 12, 2013 2:18 pm

This is something which we can never expect from Reliance. They are just making fool of us by participating in race of other leading telecom giants who are strong in network coverage. Earlier roam free plan in reliance was available for only 179/-Rs with 180 days validity without any increased outgoing call charges. But now they have not only increased the plan price( by 15 Rs.) also they have hiked the o/g rates, merely to stand equal to other telecom operators in terms of price points.
Dear Reliance Officials, by doing such practices you are not being appreciated, rather its welcome for current reliance user to go for MNP. The same you have done earlier also by hiking data pack prices. You are not only losing customers rather spoiling your image of what you were best known for, earlier.

  • atanu July 11, 2013 3:17 pm

RS 77/- SAME OFFER VALID FOR 28 DAYS
    too much high price

  • Sanjay jain July 10, 2013 12:00 pm

This plan was earlier available at Rs.179/- for 180 days. Now Rs.15/- have been increased by the company what a joke to customer?

    • sai July 10, 2013 10:22 pm

  • Gaurav Sood July 9, 2013 12:32 pm

@ Editor I have check with RCOM and they have not launched any such Plan yet …Can you please recheck and advise ..

    • Sanjay Bafna July 9, 2013 1:19 pm

Before publishing any news on TelecomTalk, we verifies all the related things. Reliance (Rcom) Roaming Plan 194 is available as we said in above post.

      • siva TN July 10, 2013 12:45 am

In Reliance website (rcom.co.in) , they mentioned incoming calls has been charged as 75ps/min ,not free.

        • Kaushik Roy July 10, 2013 10:07 am

Reliance website is not at all updated with latest plans and offers
Even BSNL website is updated now with their new plan
          Reliance will update it later

    • sushant July 10, 2013 8:48 am

in recharge option on reliance website there is mentioned 194 voucher with free roaming for 6 month.. good luck.. Reliance

  • Kaushik Roy July 9, 2013 10:54 am

No one giving outgoing call rates of 40p/m or less in roaming
One STV should be there for all incoming, outgoing calls in roaming at 40p/m with 30 days validity
Free incoming is good but outgoing is expensive
In kolkata Idea giving all roaming calls @ 50p/m with 180 days validity with RC 46 which is the cheapest outgoing roaming plan I think

  • dskushwaha July 9, 2013 6:28 am

Roaming Plans should not affect existing call charges.
However this plan is better than Reliance STv of Rs. 28 which gives all calls @ 1.5p/sec with validity of 28 days (Rs. 1/day). With STV 194 one can get the same benefit with roaming free but with some reduced validity.

  • Esmail July 8, 2013 10:19 pm

Didn’t Kapil Sibbal say that national roaming would be totally abolished by October 2013 and home tariffs including STV’s will be applicable while national roaming, making it possible for inter circle MNP to be implemented? now seeing all these STV’s for national roaming, it seems like a distant goal for roam free India to come into existence.

    • DUANE July 10, 2013 11:34 pm

ESMAIL – Kapil Sibal says lots of things ….

  • Saurabh July 8, 2013 8:39 pm

    Ambala, Haryana

Bro, Videocon is giving free incoming facility in their 4 circles from March 21, 2013 and that too without any extra charge or top-up. But the problem is they’ve license in 7 circles only and yet to start services in 3 circles. But Videocon own cell sites are limited. I went in roaming (Punjab) and at different places my number was latching on Vodafone/Reliance/Idea where Videocon cell site was not present and there is no free roaming on partner network. Maybe that’s the reason why Videocon allowed free roaming without any pack because they know their network is limited.
Tata CoMoDo has launched pack in some circles but yet to announce officially.

Those who have Pan-India license can offer free roaming but for the likes of Videocon, Uninor, MTS, Aircel, Loop Mobile it will be an embarrassing situation as they can offer free roaming to limited circles only. Lets see whether they participate in future auctions or not. :)

    • sushant July 9, 2013 5:05 am

yes, i asked to TATA DOCOMO care about roaming free voucher. they are telling 252rs voucher with 60 days validity.. that is too much costly as compare to AVOID group. This is the international company which providing worst network in india, and seeing to compete with AVOID.. LoLz

  • Pankaj Jain July 8, 2013 4:40 pm

Many many many thanks to Sanjay Bafna and TelecomTalk for updating on Rs.194 Plan of Reliance first across all websites.
Just I did recharge on my Mobile of Madhya Pradesh Circle and took trial too after recharge..
ITS FREE INCOMING IN ROAMING FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS….!!!!!

  • sushant July 8, 2013 4:00 pm

What about videocon, uninor,TATA DOCOMO.. They are also present in india, but not providing any roaming free voucher.. WHERE IS TRAI NORMS?

    • DUANE July 10, 2013 11:37 pm

SUSHANT – there are no “TRAI norms” on free roaming – these are offers launched by the OPERATORS themselves. TRAI has only reduced the ceiling (maximum rates) to around Rs 0.75p/min.

  • bharath July 8, 2013 2:27 pm

Compared to all aircel is best 26Rs plan outgoing 1paisa per second on roaming and free roaming

  • Somnath July 8, 2013 2:20 pm

    Bakwaas plan
Per day ya 7 day plan best hai..

  • Kingston July 8, 2013 1:41 pm

Why reliance fixing same tariff as Vodafone and Airtel? I think Reliance joined with AVOID group. They are having very less coverage compare with AVOID but fixing same tariff.

In Data, they are charging Rs.125 for 1GB same as Airtel and Vodafone.

If Ambani have real care about indian people he should fix roaming incoming free plan charges at around Rs.25/month. but AVOID group washed Ambani brain Also so now ambani joined in AVOID group. In 2005, Ambani was with Indian people but now with AVOID group.

  • TAMAL July 8, 2013 1:30 pm

BSNL launched roam free plan of Rs-199 a year ago with free on-net and off-net balance .

  • guru July 8, 2013 12:39 pm

    where is the 5rupee plan?
roaming for 5days and spending 200 rupees!
what a waste offer same like bsnl

who will roam continiously for 6months!

    • siva TN July 8, 2013 11:59 pm

I was staying in pune for the past one year i need to maintain my tamilnadu number for my friends and bank purpose.so this type of long term packs helpful for me.i recharged bsnl roamfree plan voucher 2 times….now my choices are more bsnl, idea, reliance… if operators introducing one day, 7 days, one month,6 month means everyone get benefit.but in prepaid bsnl, idea, rel having 6 month pack only, similarly airtel, aircel, vodafone having monthly packs only.

    • Linto July 9, 2013 5:39 pm

Bsnl provides free talk time bundled along with the pack worth 200! which could be use in the home circle!

  • Kaushik Roy July 8, 2013 12:30 pm

  • Vineet July 8, 2013 12:00 pm

What about post paid .any plan.

  • Yusuf July 8, 2013 12:00 pm

Reliance needs to launch Short-term plans like vodafone as 6 months validity is very rarely required for a roaming customer.
