R3G user May 14, 2011 at 3:49 am
3G is bullshit…I am using reliance 7.2 mbps and getting dial up speed and lots of problems with connection…Good speed last only for a fleeting moment, suddenly u can get a spike of 1.2 mbps but on average its like 10 kbps if ur lucky….wasted my money on this shit
karann January 26, 2011 at 12:32 pm
GUYS DO YOU KNOW THE REASON BEHIND AIRTEL TAGLINE AFTER MNP(MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY) AS “INDIA KA NETWORK”
BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT VODAFONE IS THEIR BIGGEST COMPETITOR AND VODAFONE IS A FOREIGN COMPANY, SO THEY ARE BLACKMAILING EMOTIONALLY.
SO NOW WHAT YOU ALL GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS AIRTEL’S STRATEGY, PLEASE DO REPLY EVERYONE.
jimmi January 26, 2011 at 12:04 pm
BSNL plans are better also all india roaming available. check out BSNL tariff

Aveek December 27, 2010 at 12:30 pm
I’m from south kolkata.Here BSNL 3G is not that poor.I think BSNL has capped 3G speed here.I get 1.46mbps average with my Nokia C5.Speed cap of 1.5 mbps is really pathetic.Torrent downloading is really painful because of low uploading speed.Sometimes port forwarding doesn’t work properly.Speed never crosses 200KB/s.
But I got 370KB/s in Howrah few days back.
Jai December 22, 2010 at 11:45 pm
I’m reliance user of up east but i go to toady NOIDA(DELHI NCR AREA) Then i select reliance 3G network by Umts Band.

Kamal Halder December 17, 2010 at 11:04 am
It was all my pleasure, but unfortunately I am unable to use Reliance as unable to lock the network with My Samsung Galaxy S not the Reliance Peoples knows how to get it done and they don’t even know the Recharge process of 3G plan says has to contact retailers help desk, to my surprise retailers help desk also didn’t have any idea how to get the recharge done this is the quality of Service of India’s no 1 network service provider as they claims when ever you call their customer care. 98830 98830…… Lol hahahahaha
Kamal Halder December 17, 2010 at 10:59 am
Very Good Decision,….
Aman Gupta December 16, 2010 at 11:36 pm

Mr. Syed Safawi, CEO – Wireless Business, Reliance Communications
Do anyone has this Man’s email address, has a lot to ask, has taken credit for the launch of the service which never exist….
Kamal Halder December 16, 2010 at 11:20 am
PD ji u r 100% right, similar situation I have faces with BSNL 3G also earlier, its waste of time and money moreover temper talking to all this suckers, Can u imagine what is the speed I am getting in kolkata of BSNL 3G, average 150kbps small kb not big one which is much more poor than that of Airtel kolkata EDGE speed, Tata has decent average of 185 kbps, if BSNL 3G means this kind of speed its really worth being with existing EDGE service providers. Suckers 1000s of crore publec money invested talking of broadband mantra and doesn’t even has basic knowledge of the product and what should be the minimum service quality one should have before and after launch, their after sales service is similarly horrifying..
pratik December 16, 2010 at 11:17 am
@Anbu John Boban
I meant to say that if previously we used to do 20 rs erecharge then we used to get 16rs or so talktime but if i want to do the 20 rs 3g recharge which is supposed to give me 25 mb data with 1 day validity what have i to say to the retailer is nowhere mentioned plus since i cant access 3g network i dont know whether my account has been upgraded to 3g or not
altaf December 16, 2010 at 11:15 am

Kamal Halder December 15, 2010 at 6:58 pm
Just coming from Reliance Web world those basterds doesn’t even know the recharge process of 3G combo packd for the last two days since their lauch these company has not updated their won selling storer and retailers, if these is the sort of service they are in practice we can imagine what will be there after sales service in this regards there in only one company which is above all is Airtel they have quality staff appointed in every Retail outlates branded by them as far I have visited. This Reliance is not worth. Sale haram ki kamai hai isi liye itna dalne ke baad bhi sahi service nahi hai ajeeb hai ki inke.3G customer care ko bhi kuch pata nahi hai aur woh kah bhi rahe hai you are talking to Reliance 3G. Boss I came to a conclution that east or west Bsnl is the best, tariff wise and coverage wise sabhi taraf se. Yaar Kiski badhai karu. sab ek hi yhali.ke chatte batte hai.
Keshav Jha December 15, 2010 at 6:12 pm

@Raj
BSNL is best for everything.
I agreed that.
Ankur Mhatre December 14, 2010 at 2:27 pm
If They Do This then their network will be overloaded.
If reliance is using their present bts to provide 3g then you might be face problem such as no indoor coverage.They need to upgrade their bts..
