As we can see, Uninor is going to charge when you like to speak to Uninor Customer Care executives in Kolkata circle w.e.f. 9th September, 2011.
I did not get information from other circles, but I guess this revision is coming to all circles where Uninor is operating in coming days, sooner or later.

My number is 7383948936. I don’t know why company deduct my Rs.30today for some love tips subscribing which I have never done. And I am getting that regularly even after opting for deactivation several times.

what kind of crap is it…. activated sms pack 2days back with 39rs sms pack and when trying to send sms it shows “dear customer your sms could not be sent due to insufficient balance or you have exceeded the daily limit of 5 sms” it is not funny…. just feel like changing the network…

i had 45 rs balance on my uninor number last nyt nd today in morning i see no balance..i just had recharged my number nd still it saying tht no enough balance …. wana talk about this to customer care then it saying u dn have enough balance to toalk wid customer care executive as they are charging 75 paisa per 3 min…what bullshit is this……..i dont know how to deal with this people……

Tata docomo has best CC service(especially their CC chat).
They refund wrongly deducted balance instantly.. And overall CC is free.
CC has to be free.
As far as BSNL cc is comcerned they’re not backstabbers like Airtel,Idea, Vodafone Customer Care Executive.
Voda and Airtel people are TRAINED to talk sweetly and they never refund balance. Their sweetness sounds fake.

If you lost airtel sim and call cc to stop services of the lost sim,
After giving some information like last recharge, balance detail and name of the sim holder.the will stop the services of lost sim within 2 min.

I totally agree with Kiran…..what u said is totally right. Mr. Selvam is always trying to hide to drawbacks of Bsnl. So if there is no need of CC ,then What about those money spent on Call centres? Bsnl higher people should get your point and stop their Call center. As u said “then u in need of cc means u r in a worst gsm service”. I totally disagree coz if it is true then Bsnl is the worst service according to you coz everyday in this blog people are blaming Bsnl por its poor CC. I am with Bsnl for the last 7 years and i really want Bsnl to improve but that doesn’t mean that everytime i will try to cover its negetive points. They have good tariff when its comes to GPRS/ROAMING.Good coverage. But when it comes to their CC you have to accept that it has the worst CC service. Always some technical problems in some of their Tariffs which generally private operator don’t have. Mr.Selvam its good & appreciable that you are always praising Bsnl. But that doen’t mean hiding its negetive points will make it NUMBER ONE GSM service provider in india. U should know that Bsnl can be number one but there are some areas where its lagging far behind. They have to improve in those areas. The only way you can interact with your customes and can satisfy their queries is Call centre. SO need of Good CC is always important in telecom sector.

Seriously guys, bsnl is not upto the standard.. The voice keeps breaking while, even though the network is full, this never happens in airtel or indicom. So guys stay away from bsnl. There tariff aren’t that cheap, then compared to cdma players. They give better quality and better cc.

bsnl need to improve 3g coverage i am nearly 7 kms from coimbatore i can’t able to enjoy 3g service in bsnl it shows poor network coverage of bsnl, Bsnl dont have any user friendly booster that offers more validity eg: tata docomo 35 rs all network local/national 30ps/min also rs 66 local/national calls @ 30 ps /min for 60 days

Waht one should do for any enquiry like Tariffs,Rcvouchers & many others?? CC is not just about handling complaints its about serving customers.. Since all BSNL fools think like u, They have not taken steps to Train ter dumb executives.
Business starts with customers & end with customers. Do u think all successful private operators are fools to invest in call centers?? They cannot expect customers to stick to ter network since they do not have good coverage. and now wit many negative points weighin on its side like Charging cc, implementing speed and data cap, hikin tariff they will not gain customers. Ppl prefer uninor not because of network but only for call rates. Nobody is satisfied with ter poorest coverage which becomes off once we move out of city limits.

IN MANY PLACES, I SEEN THAT.
SLOWLY,THEY ARE INCREASING THIER ON-NET PACK CHARGES AND NOW CHARGE FOR CC TOO.
