    I am not happy with the gprs service. in other networks i am getting 18-20kbps speed while surfing and downloading , but in vodafone i m getting 8-10kbps.
    Even the GPRS pack rates are high as compare to other operators….

    does vodafone provide mobile connect gprs (with pc/laptop connectivity) in mumbai? if so, can anyone pls share the link? the customer care dept at vodafone are a bunch of idiots… they themselves don’t know properly about the gprs plans offered!

    i’m shocked and angry that vodafone is the only mobile company in india without a proper gprs offer! even airtel is a lot better than vodafone. vodafone is taking its customers for granted and think we are their slaves. i hope mnp gets launched soon and at the earliest, so that we can all get rid of the vodafone f@%@%$@$ed up b@@$%@@$%.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey, don’t worry about connecting through Vodafone live. You can connect it to your computer by enabling proxy in your browser (PC/Laptop). Establish Vodafone live connection. Configure these settings in your computer;
    Proxy address: 10.10.1.100
    Port number: 9401
    Start browsing on your computer by connecting through Vodafone Live

    You have no customer care numbers where PEOPLE are there to be contacted.
    you have stolen 60 Rs. from me in the name of caller tune that I never asked for + the pains to deactivate it.
    God knows how much money you have looted from india.
    vodafone 198 complaints desk says “please check the no: you have dialled”
    vodafone 111 cust care says “all options except talk to out cust. care rep.”
    vodafone +91 98460 98460 always busy

    DO not ever be a vodafone customer

    hey impotent vodafone… listen… we mumbai customers want gprs/mobile connec (with pc/laptop connectivity) for all prepaid users. if you can’t provide it then get out of india and don’t pain us further. if number portability were there we wouldn’t have bothered to engage with you b@$%&%^#.

    please learn from airtel. after mnp airtel will be the biggest beneficiary in india because its constantly listening and improving.
