Docomo Gprs is Best RS.39,2GB for 30 days (15rs Talktime)

  • V.P.Guru March 10, 2012 8:20 am

    @Kishore
The amount paid should be reasonable… we can pay for quality. but, not sooo much… Other operators(vodafone, TaTa, BSNL…) are also providing reasonable quality of service. TaTa and BSNL are genuine to their customer. Airtel is always waiting to loot money from their customer by unwanted activations of VAS. IMPORTANT THING: Every operators allows you to recharge ALL Vouchers through Internet except airtel, airtel allow only limited recharge vouchers in ONLINE. This is also can termed as defective service. I have suggested so many time. still they stick with this.

which 3g plan are u using on airtel?

  • HITU March 9, 2012 5:58 pm

Reliance gprs is the best, it provided 6 GB in Rs.99

  • KRISH March 8, 2012 7:29 pm

BSNL GPRS is best compare to others biggest internet service provider

  • KRISH March 8, 2012 7:28 pm

BSNL GPRS IS BEST SPEED COMPARE TO OTHERS.BIGGEST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

  • KRISH March 8, 2012 7:27 pm

    BSNL GPRS I

  • Kishore March 8, 2012 2:52 pm

For me it’s Airtel all the way. Tried all operators but Airtel is clearly the best both on 3G and 2G. Shade more than others but what the hell, you have to pay for quality. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Vodafone Speed awesum 25 27 kbps at any time …………i m happie with Vodafone Gprs :)

  • Gaurav Jha March 8, 2012 12:08 pm

here in bihar,i am using bsnl 98 gprs pack in 3g mode. Awesome speed. Airtel is just next to bsnl. Speed of docomo is pathetic as its using aircel network

  • adi March 8, 2012 10:14 am

    Abhishek :
So 1 out of the trio has come to old plan, surely idea are next to raise the data cap I think. But it doesn’t matter me now as I have ported to bsnl. Main thing is speed, every company are now capping d speed. May be trai has to issue a guideline for that 2.

    very true

  • Amit Deb Biswas March 8, 2012 9:38 am

Reading the article in TT i checked if it is available in wb or not! Reply – “MRP : Rs. 98,SPL OFFER : Enjoy Unlimited 2G Internet upto 2GB Anytime for 30days! Cust to dial *567*11# after RC98 recharge. 10p/10kb charge above free limit,TALKTIME : Rs. 0.00,VALIDITY : 0 days.” but a month ago i used to get speed 15-30kbps with airtel.. Now it hard to cross 10kbps.. 3-7kbps i’m getting.. Idea now better than airte..

  • mks March 8, 2012 8:54 am

After using airtel GPRS 5 years i switch to TATA DOCOMO for internet it gives speed around 25KBPS TO 35 KBPS and price is less than airtel only RS63 for 2.5GB

  • V.P.Guru March 8, 2012 6:45 am

Airtel never touches the speed of DoCoMo GPRS… Their packs are relatively cheap and best… Due to airtel coverage peoples are with airtel. but, nothing special to be attach with airtel. Airtel is too costlier than anyone even then they provide double benefit packs.

  • kamal March 8, 2012 1:55 am

the double offer is useless. speed should be double instead of data..

  • MOHD NAZIR March 8, 2012 12:55 am

    But airtel sucks in Delhi!!

  • Kanchan March 8, 2012 12:39 am

Last time I used airtel got 2KB/sec download speed. So even if airtel gives unlimited on every gprs pack I will not be bothered with it again

  • Vikas Patidar March 7, 2012 10:20 pm

Wow good offer. Old days are back. Airtel is always best choice for me.

  • Manish March 7, 2012 9:50 pm

    @Saurabh
Even i have stopped using GPRS from Airtel as they have reduced data from 2 GB to 1 GB.I use Tata Docomo, which gives 2.5 GB at just Rs 65 and good speed when connected to pc.

  • Rahul@rgp March 7, 2012 9:36 pm

DocoMO IS Best for data internet,
monthly best internet pack under Rs.100..
    rS.48-1GB-21Days,
    rS.65-2.5GB-30Days,
    rS.95-4GB-30Days,
etc.. Speed on morng 6am to 9am 30-40kbs
aftr 9am speed Constantly 18-25kbs…on Edge Netwrk..

  • Praveen March 7, 2012 9:00 pm

Ha, Ha Airtel decreased 98/- pack from 2GB to 1GB just a few months back., but after seeing fleeing customers just giving the old benefit and claiming as DOUBLE!!!

  • h rajpoot March 7, 2012 8:45 pm

Double benefit should be given in the form of double speed…so that users can utilize 2gb data in 30 days….at present speed even sunil mittal himself can’t utilize 2gb data…not only airtel…other telecos also need to provide a good 2g data speed.

  • Manjinder March 7, 2012 8:22 pm

Wt vodafone offers ? cz vodafone also hiked their data plans lyk airtel ….. is vodafone also offers 2 gb at cost of 96 RS ? at any circle of India ? in these days ?bcoz vodafone gives in these days in punjab 2GB data at the cost of 147

  • adi March 7, 2012 8:00 pm

    Saurabh :

    Kirti Raj Chahar :
in last 6 months all operators hiked there GPRS tariff. but now… ???
what is the reason that in these 2 days some of the operators relaunched there unlimited GPRS plan or increase data in that pack? happy news but reason is not clear to me.

Look, they increased charges to push users to 3G but that didn’t happened and the TRIO (Airtel/Idea/Vodafone) started losing data customers to other operators. As per the info. available with me Airtel lost a whopping 31.9% of the total 2G users till date after data reduction. On the other hand Idea lost 24.7% and Vodafone 32.3%. So they are bringing back all this via means of double data offers. Their users had stopped using 2G services and moved to those which were offering more data at same cost which was resulting in revenue loss.
In Haryana too, Airtel reduced data in Rs.22 pack to 150MB for 3 days and now they are again offering 350MB for 7 days. Also 98 pack giving 4GB (2GB Day and 2GB night) like before. But recharge only if you get sms.

i would say better to stop these trio gprs

  • Amit March 7, 2012 7:46 pm

What’s the use of such an offer if there is no improvement in the service. I’m among those subscriber who stopped using Airtel GPRS service. The problem started when Airtel rolled out 3g service in our town and 2g service almost stopped working from the very same day and making complaints to Airtel was of no help as Airtel executives tried hard to make me believe that there was something wrong in my handset (as if I was a dumb user). Sometimes I was even asked to switch to 3g service and this made me realize as to what they were upto. And thus my one month pack expired without any usage. This made me frustrated and finally switched to other service provider and facing no difficulty whatsoever. And not only this, I’m getting an amazing speed which I never experienced before with Airtel.

  • Gaurav March 7, 2012 7:44 pm

Is this of any use. If you surf or try downloading data on this 2G data packs you will hardly download 300-400MB of data in a month. This 2GB+2GB makes no sense for a mobile browsing user where the daily usage never crosses more than 10-20MB. Only useful to those users who are downloading(Movies,Music)or watching Youtube videos on laptop. But the speed of this is so pathetic that its of no way a user will consume the daily, weekly or monthly given usage. These private operators are just fooling around people and trying to make a money by providing double usage.. But think twice before you invest and see if you really use the provided data.?

  • soumya March 7, 2012 7:42 pm

I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND, IF THEY PROVIDE 2GB/3GB OR EVEN 1GB IN RS 98 DATA PACK. THE PROBLEM IS THE PATHETIC SPEED. THEY PROVIDE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF 8 KB/SEC.IN THIS SPEEED U CANT USE 1 GB DATA. 3G IS COSTLY. TO MY, DATA DONT MATTER, ITS THE SPEED THAT MATTER. I WILL BE HAPPY TO USE 1GB DATA IF I GET A SPEED OF 40-50KB/SEC.
