Excellent mobiles by Nokia their designs are challenged by none, but could have kept cost slightly lower at 25k then it could compete with Galaxy-s2.

I don’t see the lack of front facing camera is really big issue. I don’t remember since when I used it last time on my N8. Freshness, fluid & smooth UI, functional OS with quality applications, sturdy hardware and build quality are more important things. And within few months, probably after the launch of Nokia Lumia 900 aka Nokia Ace, cost of this phone will drastically come down and those who need more features and front camera will get such option in Nokia’s Windows Phone lineup.

Start from 6600, 7610,6630,N8,C7,N9,Lumia 710 etc etc etc… Check with samsung,,, U will find the same old design.. Interms of build Quality Nokia is far ahead than other competitors, Lumia 800 is the best example…

    Asif :
Rs.30,000 and NO front camera for Video Calling! Nokia is a JERK! Why did Microsoft buy Skype for $8 billion if didn’t want to provide Video Calling in first place on its Windows 7.5 OS! Before anyone says that since Windows Mango 7.5 does not support Video Calling, Nokia did not add a front camera… I want to say them Microsoft can always add such features through a software update, but Nokia users cannot add front camera after buying the phone!
Also, for a Rs 30,000 phone… just 720p video recording instead of 1080p which is an industry standard. Both Nokia and Microsoft are JERKS! Good Jodi!

Who cares for the front camera if they make a good product? it is just a matter of interest for the a single person out of thousands. Before whining on Windows Phone at least use it first then you will realize the world was how much complex?

Have you ever tried a Windows Phone? It also has most of the applications free on Windows Marketplace. And there are many India specific applications available on platform which are also free. First try the new in market and then recommend. Time changes, so does technology.

World is not anymore same buddy. Rupee is falling as low to 53.20 against dollar. Import is costing significantly higher for multinational companies like Apple and Nokia who mainly manufactures phones in China and other eastern countries. The current exchange rate is resulting into 4-6K price hike for high end smartphones in India. Don’t expect a latest Apple product at 30K in India now and don’t expect high end Nokia at under 25K.

I believe there’s a spelling mistake on 2nd para last line. It should be Nokia Stores.

They are again making a mistake…instead of wasting so much money on large scale advertisement why not give reduction on MRP of these phones…..The crowd will automatically buy the phone if it will come under their purchasing power..

+ give some special reduction and exchange offers to owners of other high end smartphones like N8, N9 etc….

aah! 29999…is worth apple phone……i am bleeding now :-(
