MTS coverage in delhi NCR is superb .i was very sceptical before taking new connection therefore gone for OMH sim and phone .coverage is superb and CDMA voice clarity is better then any GSM anyday.about charges in delhi they are offering 50 rs sim and add up a 50 FRC which will get u 300 min of local and std and 300 sms after thet it’s 1p/sec for lifetime (all others CDMA operator takes 1.2p/s) , i roam around delhi even in underground metro and Lifts the signal always remained full . MTS CDMA rocks in Delhi-NCR

Whatever be the cost of Data Plans…I am convinced about one thing…that most probaly we are going to see a big revolution in data with data plans becoming cheaper and cheaper as phone calls became with time…Next 1-2 years is going to see intensive competition among data providers and sooner at least 20 GB with a speed of somewhat around 4 Mbps at a cost of 500(+_100)is going to become a reality….

Really 10Rs/GB?. Too good to be true. Are they really serious?.

This post is reply to singh in preceding post

Thanks bro. I had very well stated in the post that MTS Rate is the cheapest &”Wish we were rich enough so that we could use other operators connection.”. So hope u understood why we keep complaining. If we use MNP no other operator offers such cheap rates. MTS Rates are cheapest in the business, But is expecting a little quality & stability, too much for the asking?.

Also since MTS is a cdma provider & though my handet is open handset(still can put cdma only), others here all are using handsets which are locked to MTS. So MTS only works in it. So if we use MNP we will lose significant amount of money in terms of already invested money. Also we all have charged costly upfront recharges lasting lifetime for reduced tariffs, so that will also go down drain. Hope u understood my point.

Now TT is a very interesting site& often we visit, & whenever we find a new post from MTS we will post our story. Just to warn uninformed prospective customers of MTS in kerala .

Hope others can ignore this post. we have very well stated that it may be great in other states. Also who knows seeing us consistently informing Kerala customers, MTS may allot a bit more money for putting more towers.

    Sam,
Well said. The same is happening in docomo’s lucky draw scheme also. They will give prize only to company people.
