Dear Kapil..there you are wrong. Reliance CDMA has an almost carpet coverage in Kerala which is as good as any other GSM operator. But MTS doesn’t have it’s foot print in many rural areas. MTS should understand that the urban rural divide in Kerala is almost nil. Unlike other states in India whole of Kerala is a single city, where you will get customers in every nook and corner of the state, just like in a major city, if there is proper coverage. MTS misses out only this point regarding coverage. On other aspects it just ROCKS!!

Give some time to them to strengthen their coverage in rural areas……only 2yr is not sufficient to construct towers in every part of rural India in the present telecom scenario where ARPU is falling…
Vodafone,Airtel,Idea,Bsnl took much more time to cover rural places….

MTS has more coverage than any other CDMA operators in Kerala (Reliance CDMA, Tata Indicom, Virgin CDMA)

Seeing ur post in many places. Sorry to know still ur complaint not resolved. They have no money for new towers.
Try giving a written complaint in their main office.

U are right on network coverage. U know their call rates are at rock bottom.
Generally they have good coverage along high ways & main town centers.
But they will tell u were their towers are . So we can still mange.
Since they don’t have money to put more towers, there is only a few towers & it is easy to remember

They have no coverage in most areas,there is no coverage at Malakka only 17km from mini metro Thrissur,complained but no response.
