MTS Launches Instant Online Bill Payment Service For Postpaid Users

MTS India, MTS, India’s leading CDMA Mobile service operator with over 14 million wireless customers today announced the launch of Instant WEB Payment Service powered by mChek as a new online payment option to their postpaid voice and data consumers across all telecom circles.

The MTS users will now be able to pay their postpaid bills online in a simple and fast way.This new service powered by mChek does not requires any registration.

To Pay bills online just go to www.mtsindia.in and click on Instant Web Payment option from right side of homepage. Enter your MTS Postpaid Mobile Number along with the Payment amount and chose your desired Payment mode. i.e. Credit Card or Net Banking. Make the payment!

It didn’t took more than 2 minutes to make the payment. One can also print, save or email the payment receipt. The payment receipt will also arrive at your email as a PDF file after you’ve paid the bill. You’ll get a SMS on your mobile after a successful payment.

This Instant Web Payment Service is currently available for all telecom circle except Rajasthan.

To match with the trendy and eye catching websites of various telecom service providers, MTS India also gave a swanky new look to its website.

To promote the newly launched Andorid smartphones, Games on Demand Service and other service, the site has been enhanced and surfing has been made more user friendly. Down under we have attached snapshots of the newly designed site.

    My MTS post paid data card no is 8182986811. I suddenly realized that in spite of my total uptodate bill payment my datacard is blocked without informing me. At lease you should inform the customer before disconnecting your service. You should immediately start my service. My mobile no is 9035027699.

    Even after paying the charges, i am receiving the phone calls & sms for bill payments. It is really disturbing when we are in some meeting or with some delegates. Please avoid such things in future.

    MTS internet speed is not upto the mark. It’s very slow than offered.

    i am using the service for five months.
    my service was disconnected for two times continuosly and now the same problem,
    reason is your credit limit has been crossed .
    i am disconnecting their service .

    Right , paymentgateway rechargeitnow is not working on mts website. I have tried to pay 2 times, both transactions were failed.

    Customer services for MTS internet is highly poor! For English chats with their executives,it appears that you are talking to a 5th class non-english speaking guy! Although hindi speaking guys are no less. Seems they all are talking through their nostrils and are so dumb that they are never able to solve your problem, and also eat up all your balance. This is my third experience! N I am going mad out of anger today! Hopeless!!

    i am going through lots of problem regarding MTS postpaid data card MDN 8459232761. i have pay my monthly at last week of every month RS 1000 (899 plan) . i paid my may month bill on 30 of may 2012.after that i was out of town about 45 days where MTS retailer is not there after i came back i pay my bill on 17 june for june month. customer care always call me that i didnt pay the bill of may and they say i pay for june month … it is really possible that i pay the bill for june not may month. i talk to the office but they say they ll manage it ! so the question is where my money goes? i have all the receipt and im positive. money is not the matter but your service.and it not a fast time for me! ya i have used many data card of other company but i didnt face such corruption. for 1000 i can lose my jobs.you only say “sorry” or thanks for calling. and its not a toll free call to MTS customer care.i am really disturb or i just want to throw it away or surrender mblaze! i also know what ll you say that you didnt pay and your payment is not updated!im saying this because im really tired of it and angry of your beautiful service and one thing when i call your customer care instead of checking they told me there is a new plan at 499 unlimited …. wow ! amazing! i dont have time to go again and again for complain…..if some one didnt do anything then please DE-activate my data card and don’t call me again(only money matter not service). one thing why didnt you retailer didnt give transaction number after payment? i would be thankful if MTS groups work sincerely and help your customer nicely in future and send my monthly bill at my door step… i hope you may improve your service in future !

    Hi Customers/friends,

    I have used MTS for two months…and i too faced the same problem..i have to call the customer service people to send my bill…..there service is worst….even after cutting the connection..they charge monthly rental also…….

    Really pathetic service form call centre end to ensure collection of payments. I took this considering that i could pay the bills online.. But their website is non functional for post paid payments, and even after requesting the call centre for collecting the payments through a co,llection agent, till now, no one has bothered to come… its been 2 months…

    I am facing the problem of non-receipt of bills for my internet connection for the past one and half years.

    I had converted my connection from prepaid to postpaid. From then on I have not been receiving my bills and every time I have to make payment after checking with the nearest center.

    Without sending the bill my disconnected my post paid mblaze. I got a call from the agent to pay the bill I informed them that I did not received the bill but they told me they have sent the bill and handed over to some name which I don’t know the person which they sent to wrong address even after getting my correct address over the phone still i dint receive the bill for 2nd month still not in use. I hope this type of service is not required further spent RS.1000/ FOR NO USE.

    I also face the same issue last month. Suddenly one day the connection was indicating an error that login information is incorrect. Customer care told me that my connection has been disconnected because of nonpayment.

    Unfortunate part for me is that, I didn’t receive the bill in time and I was out of the circle when they disconnect the net connection and couldn’t pay the bill in their counter. I tried to depend on the facility given in their website for online payment. Surprisingly, the postpaid payment section did not function. After several communications to the customer care, still this issue has not been resolved.

    If you choose the prepaid MTS, you will have less trouble. Getting a resolution from customer care is always a pain with MTS!!!!

    Am N.Vivek Goud holding an MTS Blaze Num:9133936134.I have taken this connection last month but i havnt received the bill,Day before yesterday my services got deactivated due to non-payment.without sending a bill how cam a customer can make the payment also i visited to make the payment to nearest Payment Location Center,at there centers no people are ready to take the payment from us due to Company people are not visiting to collect the payment’s from their location’s.This Shows how much active MTS Employees are Working.we never believe such a blunder services you are providng.what is the use of making Ads for your Company without providing any proper services.If the same is repeated in the Next Month we Need to say Good Bye to your Network.

    Why MTS is not giving a clear option to pay postpaid bills through the direct link for net-banking facility?? Why they are asking for the Debit Card & Credit Card Details for?? Is it bcz they are fooling their customers to fetch their data of credit/debit card & loot them??
    Simply Ridiculous MTS..

    Isn’t it foolish on MTS’s part to not make this service available first for Rajasthan circle where it has a sizeable base of Enterprise & HNI customers !!

    You can select any plan after FRC which also comes with offers like 15GB for 3 months and so.

    I connected MTS OMH RUIM with Micromax MMX 300C (EVDO REV A) usb data card with my laptop (Windows 7 Home Basic); first it is showing “connecting” then after sometime “connection failed”. I used settings as recommended in the data card for MTS (preloaded). The RUIM is working perfectly in Samsung OMH handset (opera mini on handset is working fine) Can anyone suggest some settings or otherwise to enable use MTS EVDO on this data card.

    MTS also brought down prices of their data cards few months back.

    Revised prices are:

    MTS MBlaze EVDO Premium (With MMC Support)- Rs.1049 Before- Rs.1649

    MTS MBlaze EVDO Classic (Without MMC Support)- Rs.999 Before- Rs.1599

    MTS CDMA 1X- Rs.699 Before: Rs.1450.

    MTS worst network in Kochi-Thrissur route.

    MTS has only 1/3rd CDMA towers prescribed as minimum.

    No Money for minimum Towers.

    We are in Kochi-Thrissur route and we get mts connected calls most times wont last more than 2 minutes. Wish we were rich enough so that we could use other operators connection. MTS is the cheapest so we still use MTS. But towers are 1/3rd required minimum specified even for CDMA operators.

    We are not talking about GSM, but CDMA. Other CDMA operators have more coverage as they might be having more towers. MTS is worst in Kerala. Other states it may be better. Anyone traveling/visiting Kerala and Passing by Kochi-Thrissur route, even if it is highway please carry another connection, possibly a dual sim handset CDMA+GSM.

    We are talking about main roads & NH. Other interior areas hope all can imagine the coverage.
