India’s only pure-play CDMA operator Sistema Shyam Teleservices (SSTL) which operates under MTS India brand name, has launched three new roaming special tariff vouchers in Mumbai circle.
There new plans is provide best voice tariff while you roam in any circle in India. Currently plans are for Mumbai circle but soon will be launched in all remaining circles.

Compared to All@30p plan, these new STV for roaming customers from MTS seem to be complicated and at a way not cheaper.

these plans no one will go when the 30p/min plan is there.

These are older plans in comparison to All@30p/min plan. MTS website was showing these plans since long time.
