MTS customer care is worst of all companies i have seen so far.
I agree MTS blaze is an absolutely pathetic service and their customer (esp delhi region) is absolutely hopeless.

they do not even attend the calls and hold is more than 15 to 20 mins.
    Mail them and no reply.
Recharge on internet and chances are your amount would be deducted but recharge will not be done.

mts is cheaper compared to reliance and tata… but by getting this award they should understood that they are having a huge responsibility to make it affordable to india… should launch umlimited at 1000rs and should provide 1gb data usage in the range of 150-200rs… it will help to create a broadband revolution in india… government should also try hard to make broadband accessible to large masses… remember no country cant progress without connectivity leading it from the front…

    VKP :
Rs. 599 and just 1 GB of data , Do you think is this the way to revolutionized data sector of telecom industry, A poor indian earns this much of wages in rural india. Have u done any thing really great for an average indian, Think twice and than think for getting rewarded. You must give unlimited data in Rs 599. You must have a slogan ” Jan Jan ko Aata, aur saath main free Data”

    R u a political leader???…if not then…stand in vote & throw slogans like this….after few days u will surely become a minister(may be telecom minister)….best of luck…..

MTS is much costlier than BSNL. Even no unlimited plan in evdo. MTS is out of reach of a low earning man. Data services mein BSNL ke aage sab phel hain.

I would reccomd everybody to buy MTS datacard before going for tata or reliance ..

It’s Best operator with lowest tariff in india.

Also reaching to town whr high speed internet connectivity @affordable rate is required in wireless segment.

    Keep it up
