MTS India the Mobile services brand of Sistema Shyam Tele Services Limited (SSTL) rope in UTIBA the global supplier of mobile financial transaction platforms, to offer electronic top-up option on prepaid recharge and range of m-Commerce vale added services to its CDMA Mobile subscribers across India.
The e-top up system enables mobile service subscribers to recharge prepaid account balance of any amount at any time of the day thereby addressing issues arising out of Print vouchers of fixed denominations as well as stock out situations.

MTS India CDMA Mobile services was launched in India in March 2009 and in less than a year the company has notched up an impressive subscriber base of more than 3 million. MTS now has operations in eleven circles which include Tamil Nadu including Chennai, Kerala, Rajasthan, Kolkata, West Bengal, Bihar-Jharkhand, Delhi, Karnataka, Haryana, Mumbai and Maharashtra-Goa.

What is new in the MTS electronic top-up offering is that MTS has acquired a completely new carrier grade software that is capable of offering new functionalities more flexibilities and scalability.

No MTS has e-top up facility but the procedure is very odd.I think now they comes with a good system as they ties up with Utiba.
