Yeah but the problem is its CDMA,….and we Indian prefer GSM.Dont we??

CDMA is better than GSM, now i feel after changing my 5 year old RCDMA to RGSM >> speech is breaking, lower battery backup. No Network every where. But >> GSM has one benefit >> instant call charge display > balance display. Fake amount deduction is not there presently.

Yeah only MTS provide instant call charge and current balance afer each and every call among the all CDMA operators.

Prasath J :So no condition or daily rent… Much better than the call mole$ting charge or daily Rs2 rental of Uninor…MTS should advertise heavily in TVs and FM ads, that it has NO CONDITIONS like 39p/call or Rs2/day to counter the competition…

Yeah but the problem is its CDMA,….and we Indian prefer GSM.Dont we??

Not actualy…If we don’t like CDMA then it’s never cross 100 milion customers.Yeah For lach of available handsets we think twice b4 goindg to take a CDMA connection and we have to pay more to take a new connection if we don’t have a CDMA handset. So their is nothing like that “we prefer”,which operator’s service is good along with good call rate we prefer that.

At leat MTS could have reduced their roaming tariffs for the circles in which they are present. That is the one and only drawback of MTS till date.

    AMIT KUMAR SHARMA :

Good offer but no reduction in Roaming Tarriff.

as MTS is not in all circles, just now they cant offer roaming at lower cost, and it’s true MTS takes longer time to launch in a circle, coz they r alw comin with best n/w frm the time of launch – ek time mein ek hi circle, No gimmick like Uninor – launch in 8 circls in 1 day wth bogus tariff !
among the new entrants, i find only mts comes with good n/w & CC.

Yes really ground breaking offer for Tamilnadu & Chennai…..although here in RoB & Kolkata MTS offers 1p/2sec local & 1p/1sec std with 95 one time recharge…..so this two offers are comparable…..195 for lifetime is not a big money…..so I hope this new offer gives MTS a great no. of customer base in those two circles…….Good going MTS……Hope for more from U in here also……
