I Just talked to MTS CC regarding this offer , He gave me brief information regarding this.
MST is offering this Handset on EMI bases.
You have to make the EMI payment through Credit card only.
You can use credit card of any bank.

On this MTS topic, I helped migrate my uncle from pathetic RGSM to MTS and it was successful and painless. Rest of Bengal Circle, no porting or SIM charge, 95 RC for 1p/2sec and 121 for full TT. MTS staff called after porting to ensure we were satisfied.

Really Good deal by MTS, MTS has good revenue b”cos of its Mblaze services whre majority of ppl use its 999 12GB Data, And it is also pretty cheap when compared to 3G data plans..
