And What will be the speed of internet if I am using a data modem which support max download speed of 10.2 Mb/s ?? Will it be 10.2 Mbps or 3.6 Mbps ??

We can say good offer to attract subscribers towards 3G services. MTNL trying to move all subscribers towards 3G services which is the best in voice Quality, data speed & many more which is offered in cheaper than 2G.

Even more good news for MTNL 3G users….RIL is said to be in talks with MTNL to market MTNLs 3G services on revenue-sharing basis in Mumbai and Delhi as a franchisee…just like Virgin Mobiles understanding with TTSL/TTML.
