We expecting 100 GB (Post usage 256 Kbps) or without FUP Unlimited plans valid for 30 Days from BSNL around 700 Rs

MTNL is a metro operator which is providing service at DELHI and MUMBAI only. So that their service area is very very less when compared to BSNL.But subscriber rate is very high. That is average user per an area is high. So that with less infrastructure facilities they can serve a large amount of subscribers. But BSNL can’t do that. If BSNL is providing service in Mumbai and Delhi they can also give such an offer like this..
Also there are so many other issues as they are metro and rural operator..
So don’t compare MTNL with BSNL..

Quite correct, but bsnl can offer the similar unlimited 3g plans with certain FUP or Higher data limit

Buy Huawei modem itself. But you can trust MTNL instead of this BSNL which has already gone to COMA stage in bringing cheap 3G and increasing the speed upto 1 Mbps in landline broadband after FUP in unlimited plans.
