Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) today announced the launch of Unlimited Prepaid Blackberry Services plans BIS-399 for its BlackBerry Smartphone users in Mumbai circle.The new plan will be available from tomorrow i.e. 5th July, 2012.
MTNL Mumbai’s Trump Prepaid BIS 399 plan comes for Rs.399, provides Unlimited option for GSM Blackberry customers who wish to stay connected primarily through, Unlimited Mobile Internet, E-Mail, Social Networks (FaceBook and Twitter) BlackBerry Messenger (BBM), BlackBerry App World and Instant Messengers (IM) like Yahoo, GTalk, MSN etc while on the move valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
MTNL Prepaid BIS-399 plan enables users to access Unlimited Mobile Internet on BlaclBerry Smartphones via BlackBerry Web browser, up to 10 supported POP3/IMAP e-mail accounts Unlimited free. Subscriber can view, manage and respond to all their email and messages right from their smartphones while on move as well as surf, download and enjoy the BlackBerry Apps.
Please Note : if subscriber access Internet via MTNL WAP APN than the data usage charge will be 2p/10kb. The Free Unlimited Internet usage will be allowed only through BlackBerry Web Browser.
How to Activate and Deactivate MTNL Prepaid BlackBerry Plan :
Activate : Send SMS ACT BB 399 to 444. (Auto Renewal*)
Deactivate : Send SMS DEACT BB to 444.
*Auto-renewal : If the customer does not deactivate the service before expiry, then the BB plan will be automatically renewed. The service will be automatically deactivated in case of insufficient balance. For more details dial 1503 / 022-22221503 or 9869012345 (toll free)

Good move, may revive BlackBerry – unlimited e mails and related browsing but very limited / no other browsing was killing BlackBerry
Hope other operators would announce similar unlimited plans

Will the unlimited browsing in 2G or 3G ? If we connect BB fon to system & browse, then will it get charged?
