India’s first 3G Mobile service operator, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) introduces the concept of discounts on its STV offers. Now MTNL’s STV 45 will be available for 2G and 3G prepaid subscribers in Delhi only for Rs.14 as STV 14.
With the new offer MTNL Mobile customers in Delhi will pay Rs.31 less for the same pack that gives them Pay Per Second tariff benefits for all local and STD calls. The tariff in this pack will be 1/2 paise per second (Half Paise/Second) rate for all Voice and 3G Video calls on MTNL network and 1 paise/second rate for all other local voice and STD calls for a period of 90 days.
This now makes MTNL’s STV 14 the most affordable per second plan available on any GSM/3G network in Delhi, offers voice and 3G video calls as low as half paise second.
Customers can avail of STV 14 via e-recharge from retailers and MTNL Sanchar Haat across Delhi – NCR from 15th September,2012. For more details dial 1503 / 9868112345 (toll free from MTNL network)

yes they keep confusing and irritate the customer. TRAI have to interfere in this regard and bring a rule if one offer is introduced it should be there for 3 months/6 months

The operators introduce/change/modify/withdraw tariff plans day-in and day-out only to confuse the subscribers and unwittingly make more money !
