not good to attract new subscribers, if they include 100mb free then they wil get subscribers, this way no one can get new connection.

But when MTNL is going to reduce their roaming rates? Now at present BSNL is more affordable, even we use BSNL card in MTNL nw i.e( in roaming nw) we get all @49ps/min frm roaming mtnl nw. So mtnl now reduce your roaming rates soon…
