MTNL Launches Dolphin 3G Vidyarthi Plan for Delhi-NCR

India’s first 3G Mobile service operator Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) today announced the launch of Dolphin Postpaid 3G Vidyarthi Plan with Unlimited free Local calls and SMS (OwnNet) and  lowest other network call and SMS charges for its GSM mobile service in Delhi & NCR telecom circle.

With the new Dolphin 3G Vidyarthi plan MTNL postpaid GSM subscribers can enjoy Unlimited Free Local calls and SMS with in MTNL Delhi Network (Mobile/Landline/CDMA) and local calls to all other network will be charged at 50 paisa per minute.The STD calls to anywhere in India will be charged at 75 paisa per minute.The plan comes at fixed monthly rental of  Rs.299 (Inclusive of tax).
